Job Description

Mile Marker is looking for a Full Stack Developer to grow our front-end and back-end engineering capabilities. You will be responsible for communicating with clients to determine their requirements, creating comprehensive solution plans, and collaborating with team members to produce polished final products. To be successful in this role, you must be an expert problem-solver with a strong understanding of the broad range of software technologies and platforms available. 

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborating with other developers, designers, and QA by providing specifications, answering questions, conducting code reviews, writing and running quality assurance tests, and more.

• Collaborating internally and with clients to identify end-user requirements and specifications.

• Designing algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems.

• Planning, tracking, and scheduling software deliverables. Managing to the intended schedule and pivoting as appropriate to meet changing client and product needs.

• Producing efficient and elegant code based on determined requirements.

• Testing and deploying programs and applications.

• Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing software.

• Observing, compiling, and assessing user feedback to improve software performance.

• Evaluating internal functions, development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar.

• Minimum 2 years experience in software development and agile project management.

• Ideally have experience with two or more of the following languages: C#, DotNetCore, JS, React, MySQL

• Ideally have experience with two or more of the following concepts/systems: AWS, REST APIs, OAuth, Logging & Exception Handling, Caching, Data Modeling, Front End Design
