We are a fully remote team working from our homes, co-working spaces, and coffee shops. Our clients range from small startups to enterprises all with a shared goal of delivering products to market as fast as reasonable (not as fast as possible).

 

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to be the supportive force that empowers our founder.  You will be responsible for providing executive and administrative support to the founder. Your job will entail communicating and coordinating with the internal team as well as with clients to ensure project status is well understood. You will be responsible for improving team productivity by defending individuals' time and ensuring high meeting value. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. You will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, providing support to management, and remaining organized while multi-tasking.

 

Your Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information.

  2. Act as the point of contact among internal teams and client teams.

  3. Organize, coordinate, and attend all meetings, create agendas, and take minutes of meetings.

  4. Ensure that all materials are prepared and distributed at meetings.

  5. Manage, coordinate, and arrange travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination.

  6. Manage all meeting arrangements and logistics, including booking meeting places.

Requirements​

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience

  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management

  • Strong team player mentality

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills

  • Working knowledge of diverse business areas such as Administration, IT, HR, and Finance
